   Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue....    Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.... Read more

   When telling your clients the package, tell them the whole package and don't give them disinformation. £999 was what we were verbally told until house was sold. Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Shame on you, I hope you can sleep at night.... Read more
