They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
5th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We decided to choose Austin and Wyatt Parkstone to market our house, and we are very glad we did. From start to finish they were all exceptional and answered any queries however small or large, in a timely manner. They were excellent with chasing of solicitors to get the process moving quickly for us, and chasing up any hold ups and informing us quickly. A big thank you to Dawn, John, Tony and the branch manager Tom, whom we cannot fault. Our onward purchase is also through a different Austin and Wyatt branch, who again have been faultless. We would not hesitate to use them again.
23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Avoid at all costs. I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Palmer Snell, particularly with Adam and his team. Communication was consistently poor — calls went unanswered, updates were unclear, and overall professionalism was lacking. At the start of the purchase, Adam was extremely difficult to get hold of. Then, just two weeks before the supposed deadline, I was suddenly contacted and told everything needed to be completed by Monday. I requested a short extension until Tuesday, which he agreed to. Acting in good faith, I paid all the necessary fees to my solicitor to proceed with the purchase. However, Adam later called once (with no follow-up email or written confirmation) to inform me that the offer had been withdrawn and the property had been given to a higher bidder. This was handled very poorly and showed a complete lack of proper management and communication. As a result, I’ve lost over £1,000 in survey and legal fees — all for nothing. I would not recommend working with this agency and will certainly not be using them again. Based on my experience, the negative reviews they receive are not surprising.

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Steph at Homes & steeple very quickly found me a suitable accommodation last year. They have a very smooth process when it comes to starting a tenancy aswell. Throughout the tenancy they are very helpful, with fast responses and quickly fix any small issues that occur. Overall they are a very accommodating agency, and compared to my very mixed experiences with other estate agents in bournemouth, they are by far the best, and only estate agent I would use or recommend in bournemouth.

11th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)The overall experience with Oakheart Sudbury has been exceptional, particularly thanks to Freddie who has been attentive, professional and incredibly understanding. During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.

26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

Ellie, Adam, Kristina, and the wider property management team have been consistently proactive, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout. What really sets them apart is how quickly things get done. When we had leaking taps, it was sorted without delay. When the patio door glass was accidentally broken by a gardening company, they handled the replacement smoothly and took all the stress out of it. No chasing, no back-and-forth, just clear communication and efficient action. It’s rare to find a property management team that actually delivers like this. Highly recommended. ?????
