23rd Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)Ben and the team at Foxes are all incredibly professional, proactice, friendly and most importantly excellent at what they do! We have bought a property in 2021 advertised by Foxes, and we then sold the same property December 2025 through Foxes. The team were always on hand to offer advice and give their professional opinion and it felt like we we're their priority as customers and getting the best experience, and not just a quick sale. I will certainly be returning to Foxes when it's time for us to move on again in the future. They have a dedicated team member, their Progress Manager, who did an incredible amount of chasing for us which was so helpful, and gave us daily updates on how the sale was progressing, and I know for sure, we wouldn't be in our new home as quickly as we had been if it wasn't for the team at Foxes.

Special thanks to Sarah for all her help and excellent communication.- 9th Jan 2026 (16 days ago)This is the second time I have used DOMVS and would choose them specifically on the personal and supportive approach they use coupled with professionalism. Polly heads the team superbly and Marcus really helped push the process along with an unbeat and approachable style. The team handled the viewings of our property fantastically and I found Christina and Imy sensitive to the intrusive nature of viewings coupled with managing an old dog in very hot weather. A truly fantastic service and I would certainly use them again.

From an initial honest meeting and perfect pictures, to selling in 7 days, and when it got tough being on the end of the phone and email with fast responses and support. I have already recommended to many but if you are looking for an estate agent that cares- look no further!
9th Nov 2025 (11 weeks ago)Not very impressed with the service we received I'm afraid. We decided to sell our property through goadsby as they were the selling agent when we purchased it 7 years previous. They were very proactive, friendly and enthusiastic about the property upon valuation and putting it on the market. After that everything grinded to a slow halt. We were getting 1 viewing a week if we were lucky(!), they used the excuse of "Nobody's in the market for a 2 bed flat at the moment" Communication was poor, leaving it several days to give us any feedback and not returning our calls. We had to request that they allow us to appoint a 2nd agent as they tie you into a 16 week sole agency contract(!!!) - be careful of this! After an agreement over several emails we finally appointed a 2nd agent who got us 2-3 viewings a week and sold the property within 4 weeks!! They didn't even jump into action when we appointed the 2nd agent (you would've thought they'd wanted the sale) - it was like they were non existent, so we removed them altogether from the sale. I recommend avoiding this agency and highly recommend getting in touch with Meyers.

Thanks to them, we lived in the most beautiful, modern and spotless apartment — a place that finally felt like home. I especially want to thank Terry, who was absolutely incredible. He was always there for us, any time we needed help or reassurance. His kindness, patience and support meant more to us than he probably realises. Martin was also wonderful — friendly, professional and always ready to assist. And a heartfelt thank you to Marta and Asia, who were so warm, helpful and happy to offer advice whenever we needed guidance. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely caring. They didn’t just help us rent an apartment; they made us feel supported every step of the way. We highly recommend Tracker & Revitt to anyone looking for a home. The estate agents that we had worked with previously had a lot of good and some very bad reviews. However, both online reviews and friends who had used Link Homes stated the excellent service that they provide. We received the best service possible for the rate that you pay. The communication was efficient and solved any problems promptly. They always went above and beyond. I could not fault them on any aspect of our sale/purchase. A huge thankyou to Jack and your team for alleviating a lot of stress during this time. We couldnt recommend them enough!

From valuation to sales progression and some challenges along the way, their patience with my consistent chasing and questions, always answering my calls and ability to negotiate up and down the chain, saved our sale and would highly recommended them for a future property sale/purchase. 4th Jan 2026 (21 days ago)Incredible service from Carrie at Meyers — and honestly, from the wider team as well. Every time we called, it was clear the staff worked seamlessly together. We’ve already decided that we will use Meyers when it comes time to sell, purely because of the hands-on approach, professionalism, knowledge of trade and proven skill Carrie demonstrated throughout. For some context, we were in a very difficult position. The solicitors were hiding behind emails, communication had completely broken down, and important details had been missed. Carrie simply did not allow this to continue. She took the reins, spoke directly with all parties involved, and repeatedly got everything back on track. Due to delays caused by the solicitors, we went beyond our notice period, and the agency we were renting from became unpleasant — despite rent being paid through to the end of the month. Carrie spoke with us and then intervened with them as well, helping to calm and control what had become a stressful situation. Carrie is an exemplary and highly skilled estate agent — a title that is used far too loosely these days. She is what I would call a true career professional: someone who excels on the front lines, not through bluffing, but through decisive action. Thank you for standing by us during such a difficult time. You truly were our guardian throughout this process, and I am incredibly grateful for everything you did to support my family.
