25th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Most unprofessional viewings my partner and I have ever been on. We viewed a property in Broadstone with Simon. During a viewing I pulled the fitted blind up to look in the house's back garden and check the road/cars passing by. However, when I tried to open the blinds it came off it's wall fixing (it obviously wasn't fitted properly). I apologised profusely to Simon. As a viewer I really think we should be allowed to open blinds/look in fitted wardrobes/go in the loft. All of these things matter as a potential buyer. In comes Simon who very aggressively tells me off and from then on had a very inappropriate, unprofessional demeanor about him. He basically chased us out the door! Simon went from friendly to aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable.

9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

20th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Came in the wild overvaluation to secure the property, then kept us to reduce the value by 25,000 within four weeks then a further 25,000 in another four weeks as part of the boxing day sale did us very good viewings offers the second and third we had However communication has been less than des, leaving my son who used to be estate agent to do most of the viewings and communicating with the purchaser

Rio dealt with all my queries without any hesitation. Overall I would recommend Connells Southbourne to all my friends and colleagues.

He was always available to answer our questions, which he did in a truly honest and professional manner. He made us feel at ease straight away and helped us make the best decisions, 'for us.' Josh understood our needs and did his very best, at all times, to guide us through the often fraught process of both selling our home and buying a new property. We could not recommend him, or 'Tailor Made Sandbanks, highly enough. It is truly thanks to Josh and his colleagues that we are now enjoying a long awaited 'new chapter' in our lives, in the home we spent so many sleepless nights dreaming of. Thank you!

We didn’t understand how it worked in the UK. Also we didn’t speak English well and were afraid to miss some pitfalls. But Sammy and Emma were incredibly supportive from start to finish our rental term. Strongly recommend Mays. Thank you, ladies.

They have helped me a lot over the years, and nothing is too much trouble. Phillip tthe owner is the backbone behind the company and is a great guy ,he has helped me and my family in ways you could only imagine, he is in my opinion one in a million Thanks Phillip- 19th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I chose May's as I had purchased my flat through them 13 years ago. They have an office in Westbourne where my properry is located and provided good advice on the sales price I could achieve. In a difficult market the property was finally sold after 10 months on the market. May's remained professional throughout and did all they could to promote the property

Every member of the Team delivers exceptional customer care with every aspect of my contract from marketing, Tenancy checks, renewals, rental statements, inspections & Tenants’ call outs. They are fantastic communicators, deal with all actions in a timely manner & they manage my Tenants & me with consideration & care. Thacker & Revitt have worked hard to develop a sublime list of Preferred Suppliers to handle any call outs. They clearly ensure that everyone on their list prices the jobs fairly. All call outs are attended to swiftly & carried out to a high standard. I particularly like the fact that Thacker & Revitt use mostly local, family run businesses for call outs & maintenance jobs. I highly recommend Thacker & Revitt property needs be they Sales or Rentals…best decision I ever made!
