22nd Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with the rental agency. I was a tenant with them for five years, during which they conducted quarterly inspections. On each visit, no significant issues were ever raised, and I was never informed of any major concerns regarding the condition of the property.<br><br>However, at the end of my tenancy, they suddenly presented an excessive number of alleged issues and proceeded to deduct over £1,600 from my deposit — ultimately returning nothing at all. This was both shocking and deeply frustrating, particularly given the lack of prior complaints throughout my tenancy. The situation feels unfair and unjustified, especially after maintaining a long-term and seemingly trouble-free rental history with them.

3rd May 2026 (1 day ago)I have found the team at Wilson Thomas to be very friendly, quick to respond and very flexible - for instance when we suggested a slight edit to the on-line advertising they were quick to comply.

Nevertheless we received an outstanding service from David Bell who worked tirelessly to oil the wheels of our purchase. On more than one occasion we received calls from him well after the office had closed, to reassure us of something or to impart some information he had discovered. Many thanks to David and the team.

31st Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. 8th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Selling our parents' home with Forum was an excellent decision. We hoped we would have a supportive estate agent and we were not disappointed. From the first meeting Martin was enthusiastic about selling the property, shared very useful advice, understood the sensitivity required following a recent bereavement and was indeed very supportive. The photographs presented the house and garden beautifully and we were very happy with the brochures. He provided feedback following the viewings which we took on board and it was this advice, that I believe, clinched the deal. Working with Martin motivated me to keep moving forward and change things within the house to appeal to a wider audience. Communication via WhatsApp ensured we knew when viewings would be happening, and speaking on the phone was also really important, to share information and ideas. I also spoke with Ashley a couple of times which I found very helpful. Martin's enthusiasm and positivity about the house and it's potential ensured the perfect family bought the property and we are delighted with how it has all worked out. Thank you.

The whole team has been friendly, approachable and consistently professional. On the rare occasions where issues did come up, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently - it definitely made a real difference throughout my tenancy.
11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I have been their tenant for four years, during which I have seen a systematic agenda to lie, cheat, deceive, and extort. From the beginning with their adverts, where they say the property is newly renovated, except maybe this was true 10 years ago, to the end with the deposit, it's all lies, bullshit, and theater. They present it as legitimate through bureaucracy, procedures, and landlords. The landlord has hired them to do all the work that they keep saying they are always going to the landlord for. Always pushing for renewal of contracts with higher price, even when your contract is neither close to ending, nor you need a new contract. Always trying to lull you into agreeing, saying everything is ok, it's just standard practice, no need to worry. I was hoping it will all end when I move out, but I was very badly wrong. I'm fighting to get my deposit back. I moved out at the end of June, and from the way they were setting things up, and how things started to go, I started to get a very bad feeling. They have been scheming again in order to take nearly all of my deposit. After waiting 26 days, they came up with a fabricated set of charges, based absolutely on no grounds. Similarly with my other three housemates. I knew they will try to take some money, so I made sure there is nothing that they can hang on to, but they have exceeded all my expectations. They came up with a very large amount on made-up claims. They have provided no evidence of difference between the condition before and after, which would warrant the claim, because it does not exist. Almost all claims are false or not resulting from my tenancy, and if there is anything true, it should fall within fair wear and tear. I also made sure I am present at the final check out and handing over of the property, in order to discuss any issues they might want to raise. But they wanted me to stay outside the house. At the end they said everything looks ok. When I asked for confirmation of return of my deposit, they said the office will decide. A stark contrast from my previous move-outs, where someone comes, I give keys, they check, everything looks good, I get my deposit in few days. What is even more insulting, brazen, and absurd, is that they know that I have taken good care of the property. Throughout my tenancy I have even repaired things at my expense, because they would refuse to cover even the materials. I have left the property in better condition, than how I have received it. Getting into the details of each claim would be too lengthy, but as an example, they know that I'm the only person who have been cleaning the walkway, and maintaining the garden, and of course I left it in a good condition, yet they want to charge me for it. I have explained to them how every claim is baseless, and I can support almost everything with evidence, and have asked for the full return of my deposit. They are ignoring all of my arguments, and ask me to make them an offer for how much is acceptable for me to pay. I wish I had taken evidence of absolutely everything, but I just didn't expect that they would blatantly lie. They grossly abuse their unfair advantage in any way they can. Tenants agree to anything because of fear of retaliation. They don't want to risk having to move out, and they would not even submit a negative review on the internet, because they depend on them for references. Because I suspected this will happen, I asked a previous housemate what happened when he moved out. They charged him £150 for cleaning the floor, even though he cleaned and mopped it. No checks and balances provided. Later they fabricated them. He said he argued, but eventually he gave up, because it wasn't worth the stress they put him through. And I can say as well, what they put people through, and fighting them is very stressful, emotionally taxing and time consuming. These are heartless people who should not be allowed anywhere near conducting business in the UK. Edit: I got my deposit back. Hold on to your ground and don't submit to the demands and extortions.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

19th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

He was friendly, approachable, and always accommodating when it came to arranging multiple viewings, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish—Justyn was very responsive and kept everything moving along smoothly and efficiently. His proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. We’d happily recommend Justyn to anyone looking to buy a property.
25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
