I had a great experience with Watson Bull and Porter. They are very responsive to my emails, calls, and concerns. They are also easy to arrange viewing schedules with. Tegan was very exceptional. She is very sweet and accommodating. She made sure our concerns are communicated with the vendors as well. The only reason I cant give a 5 star was only because along the end of the process, there was an agent who suddenly called me, despite having only met with the vendors and made agreements on the exchange date, he was pressuring me right over the phone to do the exchange ‘tomorrow’. This is despite the fact that I was still raising inquiries thru my solicitor regarding certain information that came up from the searches. He was telling me the vendors had medical plans and had conditions for the dates. These were all not communicated to me prior. In fact, the information sheet says “no conditions on the date of completion”. This resulted in me having to exchange and complete purchase whilst I am abroad for an unexpected urgent family matter. But anyway, everything went okay and I am still grateful.... Read more

No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.... Read more
