17th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Far to many properties for sale, the agents knew nothing about our property how can you sell a something you know nothing about. They didn't manage to sell our property which wouldn't have been their fault, but you might be better just hosting your property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money

28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.
30th May 2023 (2 years ago)I visited Lytham St Anne's and I think I want to live there one day. So I checked out properties on here. Seems upmarket as it is there are some stunning properties in my price range.
25th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)My property was marketed at n unrealistic price due to incomplete works and should never of been marketed until these works were completed to reach the value Miller Metcalfe marketed my property for. My property has been reduced substantially over a few years recommended by Millers. The advertised value at current is £850,000. I have accepted a sale of £750,000. This is due to Miller Metcalfe saying it’s a fair offer and I have an out order stating I must accept a reasonable offer in my divorce proceedings. I believe Miller Metcalfe have caused damage to the value of my home and should never of agreed to market my property at the original first value. I have suffered substantial financial losses due to how they have proceeded forward with the sale of my property.

12th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised
11th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)We chose John Pallister's because they are a local and well respected Estate agent, with great, in depth knowledge of the local property market. We had a piece of land for sale locally, and the sale turned into a long, protracted and complicated sale (15 months). Through the many twists and turns, Richard and his staff advised us, and kept us informed and always returned communications quickly right up to the completion of the sale. Great customer service. 10th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Only care about their bottom line and nothing else. These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.

All members of staff were informative and knowledgeable and their expertise made the whole sales process move seamlessly. Chris was professional and supportive through the whole process. His knowledge of the local area is unmatched. The quality and quantity of the photographs truly made the property look stunning and stand out from other similar properties - I'm not surprised that he found a buyer within a week. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed at all steps and that the sale went through efficiently. Cheryl was also very easy to work with.
