Having sold, bought, and sold again with Clive Pearce we cannot recommend them highly enough. This last sale, for no doing of theirs, proved troublesome and infuriating beyond belief. First buyers pulled out for their own personal change in circs, the second pulled out because they were too nervous to contemplate buying a house without building regs approval on a loft done more than 30 years ago (I know!!) and the third ones we have finally exchanged contracts with.
