31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

13th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Have just completed on our house sale and Masella Coupe were great. Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.
