31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)If you are thinking of moving, I cannot recommend Caroline Davidson at the Godalming branch highly enough. Although she was not directly involved in the sale of our home, she acted as our chain checker. I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed if it weren’t for Caroline’s tenacious approach. She kept everyone updated, proactively chased every lead, and solved problems every step of the way. Hardworking and proactive, she also brought a wonderful sense of humour to the process. Her "this will happen" mindset and positive attitude were incredibly reassuring and kept morale high throughout.

Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.

I’m so glad we put our house sale in their capable hands.<br>They were very professional but also so friendly and approachable.<br>Despite numerous problems along the way , the always sorted everything and soothed our nerves .<br>I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers.
