Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market. Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus. Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch. In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest. For this we are very grateful.
