He was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. Fabian successfully secured a suitable tenant at the agreed rent. He is a real asset to Barnard Marcus, and a valuable member of their team. I would be happy to work with him again.
3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

He managed to rent our house out just before Christmas in record time, which was incredibly impressive. His efficiency throughout the entire process was outstanding, and he secured us multiple offers with excellent-quality tenants. Richard handled everything seamlessly, getting the property fully prepared for the new tenancy and completing all the paperwork so quickly and smoothly. The level of organisation and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We had experience with several agents in the area, but the service from Churchods was by far the best. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money and the overall cost of the service. We are very grateful and truly impressed. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. It was a protracted process due to unexpected hurdles along the way, but Issam was always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, it was a great experience - not something I thought I would say about a house sale! They provided great advice every step of the way and their long-standing relationship with the local area brought useful information and a personal touch. Professional, helpful, great communicators, friendly and calm under pressure - they have it all and went the extra mile to ensure it was a great sale. 27th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I’m not a habitual Google reviewer, but I was very impressed by the service I received when looking to purchase a property with M&P. My inquiries were handled very professionally by the team and they had an impressive portfolio of houses to fit my admittedly specific requirements. A special mention goes to Catherine B for handling my questions so patiently and with an impressive level of knowledge for a young woman! She will do great things in this business I’m sure. Unfortunately I had to defer property purchase this time due to personal financial difficulties but I will be back in future once my affairs are in order.

The help and professional advice was exemplary, especially from Alan, Anish and Kasia, backed up by Ashton and Vicky. Their expertise turned one of life's major stresses into a very positive experience.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

24th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We’ve just bought a lovely apartment in Chiswick for my mother-in-law through Horton and Garden, and honestly, the whole experience was a pleasure (which I don’t think anyone ever says about buying property!). Stuart looked after us from start to finish and was brilliant—super helpful, responsive, and endlessly patient. He especially deserves a medal for dealing with us managing things on behalf of my mother-in-law… let’s just say her relationship with technology is not her strong point ?????? Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Stuart made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and straightforward. Of all the agents and agencies I've worked with, Sammi from Marsh&Parsons Chiswick was among the best. Sammi took the time to understand my needs and tastes and showed me lots of properties I considered, and also gave sound advice. While, in the end, another agent showed me the property I ended up renting, I was very grateful to Sammi for how engaged, personable and helpful he was throughout my search. Thanks Sammi!
28th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was searching for a rental property in Surbiton for my daughter, and we had a VERY specific set of requirements that many estate agents were struggling to meet - or they they just didn't seem engaged! After speaking with Winkworth Surbiton, they stood out immediately—their customer experience was on an entirely different level, and they delivered on every detail we asked for. From the very first conversation to the final handover, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and exceptionally well?communicated. There was never a moment where I felt out of the loop or unsure of the next step. Everything was handled with a level of care detail that made everything stress free and effortless. A special mention must go to Ryan, whose professionalism and engagement were outstanding throughout. He made the entire tenancy process incredibly easy, anticipating questions before they arose and ensuring every stage was handled with precision and clarity. And then there’s Tayte, who genuinely went above and beyond. Her dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to push things forward made all the difference. Without her efforts, none of this would have come together as seamlessly as it did. Thank you very much! Quite simply, Winkworth Surbiton are the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Their service exceeded every expectation, and when the time comes for us to move house, I won’t hesitate for a moment—I’ll be going straight back to them.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
27th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

Her knowledge of the rental market and properties was impressive, and she was incredibly thorough throughout the process. Sonia is both professional and personable. 26th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)STAY AWAY!! I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. Honestly stay away.
