This is a very overdue review and has been on my to do list since we moved in to our dream house the summer. He would always checking in weekly with updates, would chase the other party if needed and answer any questions we had throughout the sale. Initially apprehensive about working with estate agents, Patrick and Dan from the Meyers Ringwood office completely restored my faith in the process. From the outset, there was no hard sell—just open and honest dialogue. They used a professional photographer and maintained efficient communication throughout, which contributed to a great outcome.
While I believe that websites play a key role in attracting buyers in today’s online world, the negotiation of price is still crucial for both buyer and seller. In this aspect, Patrick truly excelled. Our property chain was extremely long, with several bumps along the way, leading to a prolonged process. Towards the end, it became critical to get all the solicitors on the same page. Patrick stepped up, managed the situation, and ensured that communication flowed smoothly between everyone in the chain.

We recently brought a property through Dan, and the service was fantastic! I have to be honest, this is not a review I would write for my previous experiences of buying a house through different estate agents.
Dan's attention to detail and personable approach is amazing, you genuinely feel like he listened to what you had to say and delivers 100% on what you asked.
Another thing to note that was so important to me, at no point was I made to feel like my questions weren't relevant or small or that they didn't really matter. Dan listens, takes it onboard and gets back to you with exactly what you ask.
Can't recommend these guys enough.

Moving house is stressful, however it's a lot less stressful when you have someone like Dan involved! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the properties he showed us and the area itself, he also had an answer to every question. Once we had an offer accepted, Dan was at hand during every step, constantly communicating so that as a buyer we always new what was going on. Meyers even left us a lovely gift basket for when we arrived in the new house. In an industry that gets a bad rep, these are the guys you want representing you. We will use them again for sure, but unfortunately for them they found us the perfect house so it might be a while!

THE MOST INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!! 10/10
After being on the market with other estate agents for 8 months and having terrible experiences, we decided to have a fresh start by instructing Meyers and we can not fault them, both Dan and Patrick were brilliant! We mainly dealt with Dan throughout the sale and he truly cares and understands the stresses of selling a house, reassured us and calmed our nerves. With other estate agents we could have days of no information on how veiwings went but with Dan, you'd get either a little call or a message giving you his initial thought before he'd even left our house! Communication was oustanding, we didn't once feel like we didn't know what was happening throughout the whole process.
He also managed to negotiate us over the asking price even though the market was a little uncertain. Once we got saled agreed he did not let off the gas, he kept in touch with everyone involved and often updated us on things before our own solicitors.
Generally could not speak highly enough about how they operate and would recommend anyone and everyone to work with them. Absolute pleasure guys! Thanks again for everything ?

We were first time buyers and could not have had a better experience! Dan was a real breath of fresh air compared with “typical” estate agents - no game playing, no funny business. We were honest and open with him and he was with us. The way he does business is modern, efficient, friendly and professional. Our conveyancer was the opposite and without Dan there is no way we would have exchanged contracts on the day we needed to - he pushed things through and talked us through things (essentially doing the conveyancers job for them!)

I don’t feel that 5* is enough to give Dan & Patrick at Meyers. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. I’m not joking when I say moving house is like a rollercoaster of emotions! Dan and Patrick were there every step of the way! They are so much more personal than the other high street estate agents I have had experiences with. I would recommend anyone wanting to sell or buy to contact Dan and Patrick!
