We recently brought a property through Dan, and the service was fantastic! I have to be honest, this is not a review I would write for my previous experiences of buying a house through different estate agents. Dan's attention to detail and personable approach is amazing, you genuinely feel like he listened to what you had to say and delivers 100% on what you asked. Another thing to note that was so important to me, at no point was I made to feel like my questions weren't relevant or small or that they didn't really matter. Dan listens, takes it onboard and gets back to you with exactly what you ask. Can't recommend these guys enough. Moving house is stressful, however it's a lot less stressful when you have someone like Dan involved! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the properties he showed us and the area itself, he also had an answer to every question. Once we had an offer accepted, Dan was at hand during every step, constantly communicating so that as a buyer we always new what was going on. Meyers even left us a lovely gift basket for when we arrived in the new house. In an industry that gets a bad rep, these are the guys you want representing you. We will use them again for sure, but unfortunately for them they found us the perfect house so it might be a while!... Read more
