8th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)I'd like to thank the Readings Property and Liz in particular for helping us to find the house of our dreams. It was a challenge, moving cities with two small kids, but Liz was so accommodating and helpful at every stage from the viewing to getting the keys. Thank you!
16th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing with my partner for 6pm. Called several times to confirm viewing as we were travelling over an hour away and never showed up. Stuck around for 20 minutes just to give the benefit of the doubt. Tried calling several times and no answer either. Time and petrol wasted thanks to this estate agents. Incredibly unprofessional!! Update; we arrived at 5:30 and stayed until 6:30pm. Yes, we knocked a few times and clearly no one was at home. We attempted to call the office and there was no answer. We left a note and the tenant eventually called us. Regardless of who is supposed to show us around, the estate agents are the ones managing the sale of the property. In the time we were scheduled to have our viewing and when we actually got to see the property, we placed an offer elsewhere.

Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. David was super helpful in giving us all the information we need specially being a first time buyer. He was very accommodative when ever we wanted to see the property and always ready to help. His patience and calmness is highly commendable. We would highly recommend David and his team for buying and selling of house in the Rainham area.

Julian and Nicole guided us smoothly through each stage of the process, and quickly secured a purchaser. Professional, competent, efficient and nice people to work with. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
16th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)I would not give it 1 star, but this review doesn't let me lower it. The worst experience ever! the managing Director Mis-sold and breached his own contract and gave me a property in disrepair wouldn't return my money over £7K+ that I had to pay for a holiday let property. He retrospectively changed the details in the advert after I challenged him and to return my money which he kept on stone walling me. There lots more he has done that I can't put on here. I hope people don't have to go through what he put me through! Addition: 16/11/2023: I was overseas how could I have seen the property, I only saw the property physically the day you told me to sign and secure it and said cleaning was in progress SO STOP lying. Please respond to my legal emails if that is what you claim. BUT haven't responded because you now you are a lier. Also how could I stay in a disrepair property and you have also changed the locks when I left the property due to all the issues. I am waiting for my solicitors to draft the final letter to you. See you in court.

30th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Me and my sister would like to say a massive thank you to Hannah Grant (Branch Coordinator, Residential Lettings), who recovered a final rent payment which was due to us. The tenant was refusing to pay!!! Hannah had to deal with a rude tenant that was clearly in the wrong. Although the tenant did eventually apologise and agreed to pay the rent, we are sorry that Hannah had to go through this and appreciate everything she did to get the matter resolved. Many thanks again Hannah Grant!!!
