14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.
5th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

14th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?

Our first contact was Brook Atkinson, who got the ball rolling and found us our ideal home, unfortunately our landlord sold the property after two years, and we found ourselves looking for another home. Brook was on the case and in no time at all, found us another lovely home. We cant thank Brook enough for her efforts to find us our new home, she is very professional and focused in her work, we would highly reccomend Brook and GBP estates, if you are looking for professional team. 27th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
