Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

13th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
22nd Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Excellent all round. From my first meeting with Chris Marsh I knew I was in safe hands and every step of the way was managed smoothly and professionally from then on. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
