The fact that there was somone dedicated to making sure the sale went smoothly was wonderful as there are so many complex issues to content with at this point. Tina at Homes couldn't have been more helpful, always cheerful and positive and kept us updated of progress throughout the sale. Having bought and sold many times I am happy to say this was the best experience I've ever had. All of the staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.

She was very knowledgeable, new the area passed on my details to other offices. She kindly liased with my parents who view the property on my behalf. I asked, A LOT, of questions which she answered promptly and politely. I would most definitely recommend her services.

8th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

Everything has gone smoothly and I was kept up to date frequently with the steps happening and what I needed to do next. As a first time buyer this was essential because I had no idea what to do! But they made it so easy for me. Thank you to Sue and Laura who were helping with my purchase, I would 100% use this solicitors again.

Selling my flat was a process with plenty of moving parts, but Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and played a huge part in getting everything over the line and successfully sold! ????????????<br><br>She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable throughout, and what really stood out was how good she was at communicating. Her replies were always prompt, detailed and clear, so I always knew exactly what was happening and where things stood.<br><br>I had a preferred method of communication and Louise completely respected that — no unnecessary phone calls, just helpful, well-written updates when they were actually needed. That might sound like a small thing, but it made a massive difference to me and was very much appreciated!<br><br>After having the property on the market for a considerable length of time with another local agent, I decided to make the switch to Leaders.
