23rd Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)AVOID THEM. They will rob you blind of your deposit and withold legal documents they "swear they'll get tomorrow" to avoid giving you your dues. Like many others said they will make dizzying claims about needing professional cleaners. Especially when you hired your own out of pocket to avoid these things. They are rude, dismissive and will trick you into doing everything over the calls to avoid leaving evidence of responsibility before gaslighting you wildly. Mohammed told us to sit outside in the peak of winter overnight when the lock which the locksmith WE had to hire said was "a decade out of date". Took days of arguing to get them to pay us back. It was -5 and mohammed knew full well I was asthmatic. Disgusting business with no morals. Watch your backs, avoid this lot.

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.

20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I purchased my home through Melissa Berry 5 months ago. I have to say Melissa and Geraldine were amazing. After a precious purchase fell through last minute, mainly due to lack of communication, purchasing through them just took so much of the stress away. They stayed on top of everything dealing direct with the solicitors where possible and actually answer your calls when you ring!! I’ll definitely be putting any future house sale through them. Thank you so much to you both, you were amazing ??????
10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Update, the email address you have provided has been ccd inbto many emails including the formal complaint. No response!! Asked for my keys back in November, it now March and it's still be ignored along with all my requests!! I have a complaint open as a landlord with TG, after they failed to carry out any work I have asked then to organise and failed to report and repair issue that were reported to them. I have not heard from TG since December, no reply to emails, no answering phone calls. I have no idea what is happening to my property and have asked for the keys back which has been ignored. My complaint is now well passed their timeframe to response. Over a month ago I was told I would have a response to my complaint by 4pm that day. At 4pm I was emailed to ask what my complaint even was, as they couldnt find it. Iwill be reporting them for breach the contract. See less
7th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

A special thank you to Jane, Maureen, and Pete, who all went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jane was incredibly organised and always quick to respond to any questions, Maureen was warm and reassuring throughout, and Pete was especially helpful in making sure everything was in great shape before I moved in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent — a friendly, efficient, and trustworthy team.

The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first. I would like to especially thank Zac and Georgia, very professional and efficient. Will use Pearson again.

The owner refuses complaints they talk to you like your nothing after you've signed the paper work and they do not honour promised repairs or any repairs. Avoid see all the negative comments. The owner cant even dress smart. Its another company he's going to run It to the ground then he will open his 4th to repeat!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

1st May 2026 (3 days ago)This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Communication is extremely poor — emails and calls are often ignored, and urgent issues are not properly handled. During the tenancy, multiple problems were left unresolved, making the living experience stressful and frustrating. At the end, they charged unreasonable fees without clear evidence or justification. Please do not trust the positive reviews on Google Maps. I strongly suspect this company is inflating its rating with fake reviews????????????????????????? Overall, I would strongly advise others to avoid renting through this agency.
