Their response time is incredible (shoutout to James) and the move process was made so easy for me (shoutout to Alicia). I’ve had so many awful experiences with other London agencies but they really went above and beyond for me and ensured my renting process has been smooth-sailing and problem-free. Super pleased with their services!

15th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.
10th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

I understand that they guy I was dealing with was away dealing with urgent family matters but the guy left in the office kept me wondering if a house sale was going through or not. The estate agent had a conflict of interest as he’s now the project manager of the house that I sold. Overall it was a stressful time and I am glad I do not want to move house.

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you’re trying to sell a property with them I’d move on. Being a cash buyer in no chain I’ve started conveyancing on another property.

As a landlord, things can get stressful, but Fatima made the whole journey feel easy from day one. I bought the property through her, and she didn’t just stop there, she helped manage the refurbishment, kept me updated throughout, and made sure everything was done properly. Once it was ready, she found a tenant quickly and handled all the letting side without any hassle on my end. What I really appreciated was how hands on and reliable she was. I felt like everything was genuinely taken care of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, end-to-end service.

12th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)This is a very poor estate agent. The agents enter the flat without giving any prior notice, which is completely unacceptable. At the end of the tenancy, they deduct money from the deposit regardless of how well the property has been cleaned. When I first moved into the flat, it had clearly not been professionally cleaned. The kitchen had a very bad smell, and the entire place was dirty. I had to clean everything myself before I could settle in.

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!
