They sell insurance and collect money. Hard to get any customer support. They stopped taking credit cards- that became my problem. I transferred money from overseas and their bank deducted 10 GBP. They didn't get their money- that's my problem now. I requested a refund on cancelled policy. Only after 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls did I get a response and refund- 45 days later.... Read more

Martin & Co have been fabulous. So easy to deal with and very professional. Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her.
