Ensum Brown, and in particular, Gabriella, have been simply outstanding. From arrangement of the first viewing, meeting Gabriella and viewing the property, through to arranging the tenancy, all the queries that came up in the interim and then moving day and beyond, the level of service has been exceptional. Gabriella has always responded fully and clearly to all our questions (in a very timely fashion) and has supported us with each step of the process. Now that we’re moved in and had something further to query, once again the responsiveness and support have been great. I have rented homes in a number of countries and had to deal with a good number of agents over the years. This has been by far the best experience.
