Their profound knowledge of the market and strategic application of various techniques ensured the attraction of suitable prospective buyers. The service was outstanding . Thank you to all of the team for their input .
23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)A really good experience with Morton Napier From getting the flat ready to put on the market , getting the valuation correct , excellent images and information about the property on there website and Rightmove Getting 10 views in the first week of going on sale and selling above the valuation within 5 days. Would definitely recommend them

Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

From the very beginning of my home-buying journey right through to collecting the keys, the service I received from Kirsty and her husband Gavin was absolutely exceptional.<br><br>They are both incredibly friendly, professional, fair and attentive. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care about both the buyer and the seller. They always made sure everyone was treated fairly, kept things moving smoothly and were there whenever we needed help, advice or reassurance.<br><br>Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but their kindness, communication and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier. They went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agency, and it was clear that they genuinely take pride in what they do.<br><br>One of the nicest touches was when we collected the keys. They had prepared a lovely handwritten card and some chocolates for us. 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.<br>REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.<br>The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.<br>It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!<br>A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and she was always there to answer any questions we had regarding the processes. We feel Sophie is an absolute asset to the Glenrothes branch.
