Great service from McEwan Fraser. All the team were helpful, especially Nadia Hulme who guided me through my sale in Lossiemouth efficiently and with great kindness.... Read more
We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.... Read more

David Brown's review is incorrect. The sales particulars that David saw on our web site clearly stated that the sporting rights were not included in the sale. If he did not red the particulars then I am afraid that we cannot be held responsible.... Read more
We have recently sold our property in Perthshire with the expertise of Hamish Spencer- Nairn and Amy McMenemy guiding us every step of the way.
We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach.
Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs.
Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks.
They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending the Perth office of Strutt and Parker to anyone wanting a smooth selling process with very personally tailored advice.
Thank you again to you both!
