Each time I had any questions they replied very quickly and their expertise guiding me through the process left me feeling I was in safe hands.
Their friendly approach completely put me at ease and the whole process was seamless. We now have tenants in the property and will not hesitate to use your services in the future.

20th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Based on our own personal experience dealing with the Head of Sales at Laing Bennett, we found all the hype and the high levels of service on offer fell way short of the mark. Two very basic oversights/errors by the person in charge of Sales really was laughable although the head of sales took exception to her shortcomings when notified by email. The key failure and final straw on her part was her failure to properly arrange photography and a floor plan in one visit. Instead when arranging the third party company to carry out photography and a floor plan, she actually notified the company to carry out photography and an EPC in error. We didn’t require an EPC as our current EPC is valid until 2028. This meant it was going to be necessary for a second visit by the same company to complete a floor plan so wasted time for us and the photographer.
We had dealings with two other members of staff from Laing Bennett when they came to get an overview of the property and we must say what a contrast, both very professional and switched on which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the Head of Sales. The many positive reviews of this company are undoubtedly genuine, as is ours but on our experience we would have to suggest to any of our friends or colleagues looking to move, choose an alternative agent.

8th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)After finding our dream home we had two properties to sell, Lawrence and Co sold both our houses in timely fashion.
Mark and Alexa came to visit and gained a full understanding of what it was we had to sell, one was very small and quite quirky, I worried it may be a hard sell but due to the beautiful photographs and good marketing it found a new owner. The other larger house again was presented beautifully for sale and we had one day of viewings.
They priced them appropriately meaning we had full asking price offers in both cases.
Jo and Sophie kept us updated on progress the whole way through, nudging solicitors along where necessary.
I really could not have asked for more, thank you so much
24th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Approachable, friendly staff. The Manager is a dedicated perfectionist. Darren takes the time to understand his clients. The downside for me, and others that dislike dogs immensely is that picture on the sale board. Shall l I cover it up with a seascape?

We were always kept up to date on viewings and feedback and during the sale process Joy was outstanding. I would recommend them and use them again if I were planning a move.

Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage

I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

30th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I honestly cannot recommend Bairstow Eves Folkestone highly enough. From beginning to end, the experience has been absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received.
A particularly special mention has to go to Will, who has been nothing short of exceptional. He has genuinely gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience, but Will made me feel supported, reassured and looked after every step of the way. His communication, patience, professionalism and willingness to help have been outstanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making the experience as positive as possible for me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through such an important milestone.
I'd also like to thank Claire for her lovely communication and support. It's been such a pleasure dealing with a team who are not only professional but genuinely lovely to deal with.
Buying my first home is such a huge milestone, and the team at Bairstow Eves have played a really special part in making it happen. I am incredibly grateful for all the help, kindness and dedication shown throughout.
