Responsive and friendly staff with a professional demeanor. However the property I looked at yesterday was very far from satisfactory. It looked great in the advert pictures and description. So I travelled all the way from Warwick joining my son in Birmingham spending the whole day (9 hours ultimately) in the rain just to look at this travesty. Things wrong with that house. Artex ceilings, generally tasteless decor, bathroom needed redoing and the kitchen. Network installation boasted about in the advert was just a load of unfinished wires, PV solar batteries just strewn all over the garage floor. No racking, no controller. Basically the whole house needed gutting and replastering. Dodgy unfinished bare brick laundry extension. This property should've been advertised as a fixer upper at best. This is the sort of thing that gives estate agents a bad reputation... Read more
