Sadly l recently found out that the person who bought my late father’s house intentionally misled me. They were first time buyers. I preferred not to sell to a developer and the boss at Keenan’s and the buyer were well aware of it. I sold them the house and was happy to do so. It’s now back on the market. The kicker to this story is that the person who bought the house works there as a negotiator. Hence the one star for communication. Difficulty not only hearing what the customer has told you but also not having the ability to understand why they told you. Maybe even worse is understanding and not caring.... Read more
