22nd Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)Second time we've used Mark Rice over a 10 year period. First time to purchase, 2nd time to sell. I CANNOT FAULT this Estate agency, professional from start to finish. Unlike the multiple location agents who don't seem to worry whether they even answer emails sent! Yes, I'd use MARK RICE again, without doubt. I suggest you consider them too.

From early advice on pricing and marketing- including a PR article with photo of our house in the FT. Organising viewings was done well often with the fabulous Carol and Sandy in charge. With the stress of exchange particular thanks to Victoria for keeping us sane and on track.

2nd Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Buying and selling with Connells was made a much smoother experience having Chris as my mortgage advisor, he kept me up date daily/weekly on everything, he really went above and beyond with the whole process, and I can’t thank him enough for that. There were some issues that cropped up and he was on it resolving them, sometimes before I even knew! Thanks everyone at Connells! 2nd Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)As you would expect with conveyancing we endured several obstacles,however we had excellent support and guidance from the Rosedale teams in the Market Deeping and Bourne offices. In essence they kept us informed and worked in partnership with Olivia our conveyancer at Taylor Rose MW. The main orchestrators to be commended on sale and purchase are :- Sue and Becki @ MD 10/10 with a special shout out to Becky’s photography and marketing promotions, sheer quality. Catherine and Ewan @ Bourne 10/10 who listened, acknowledged and actioned some complex processing, sometimes with a little nudge ???? other team members were also working hard in the background on other caseloads and intercepted accordingly so to keep the communication channels active.. Totally recommended Check Rosedale out ????

Really speedy service and everyone is very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much!

6th Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)Just sold our house and purchased our new property with Winkworth. Had a really positive experience. Good profile pictures taken of our home which showcased it well. Communication was good - regular updates with feedback following viewings and mediating between parties when going through the legal process / until completed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Matthew who was our main point of contact, which made the stress of house moving easier.

24th May 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

Millie kept us up-to-date with the property we were purchasing. She even helped on our sale as our estate agents were so incompetent. Millie understood the stress of selling and buying, was so supportive and went way above what she was meant to do. We are forever grateful and we would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their house in Bourne and the surrounding areas. Even though we didn’t sell through Winkworth, we would do in the future, but we cannot see us ever selling as we’ve found our forever home. Thank you Millie!

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
