22nd Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Second time we've used Mark Rice over a 10 year period. First time to purchase, 2nd time to sell. I CANNOT FAULT this Estate agency, professional from start to finish. Unlike the multiple location agents who don't seem to worry whether they even answer emails sent! Yes, I'd use MARK RICE again, without doubt. I suggest you consider them too.

Nothing is too much to ask. We are new to renting, so of course have lots of questions, but he is only ever too happy to answer them and help us. He's gone the extra mile in not only providing us with amazing knowledge of the property, but knowing we have moved a fair distance, he's given us lots of information and advice about the area and things that are suitable and fun to do as a family. 10th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We recently sold our house and bought our next home with Sharman Burgess and we cannot fault the experience we received, the sale was so quick and we had absolutely amazing service provided throughout and would totally recommend the company to anyone buying or selling in the local area. Really speedy service and everyone is very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much!
3rd Apr 2025 (21 days ago)I spent 8 weeks with this agency at the prime selling time trying to find someone there who was interested in selling my house and at the right price. I felt at each stage I had to do the thinking for them. The person who did the 3 viewings didn’t appear to know significant information on the house: price, how long on the market, mains drains. The only efficient activity they achieved was to send me the £300 cancellation bill when I told them I was going to transfer to another estate agent. The reality is I’d have paid double that to move on. They’re big, so don’t expect a proactive personal service. If you want to do all the thinking for yourself try Purple Bricks. I just chose a smaller agent.

24th May 2024 (11 mo. ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

They really know the Newark market and are pro active on clients behalf. If we ever move back to the area we would use them again. Excellent.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
