Pygott & Crone let and manage a property for us, and in dealing with another agent elsewhere I have to leave a 5* Review here! The team are absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Purchase needing a swift turnaround - Viewed property and had an offer negotiated with vendor to include a chain break within 4-6 weeks. Progress kept on track and were ready to exchange in week 4. Agreed to buy 29th April, and moving 13th June. Thank you for the excellent service pre & post sale

Pygott & Crone looked after the sale of our house in Sleaford - we couldn't recommend them higher!
Coral, Jamie and the team were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, proactive and a dream to work with. The process couldn't have gone smoother.
Although hopefully a long time off - if we ever came to sell (or purchase) again, we'd certainly look to Pygott & Crone as our first choice.

I would not buy a property from these people even if it was my dream property!! Due to their lies, being told our offer was accepted and no viewings would go ahead, we then were told the next day that a viewing took place and a higher offer accepted. Now there is nothing else on the market in our price range and we have to move in with my mother!
