If you want an efficient, helpful, or even competent organisation to sell your house, use these at your peril! They needed constant chasing up, and completely failed to pass on important communications from the vendors. And in trying to deal with a small associated issue post sale, they have completely washed their hands of any dialogue, even to the extent of being rude and decidedly unhelpful. They have done practically nothing for their fees. My advice would be to go elsewhere.... Read more

Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January.
