Eon were hounding me for a bill that was not mine but the previous occupants. They were utterly useless and kept coming back threatening debt collection agencies and all sorts. I spoke to the agents at Belvoir Sleaford and they assisted me speaking to Eon straight away. They are a fantastic, friendly and helpful management company we have used a few times now. We had a heating issue when we moved into our new home. Belvoir was not at fault but the cam out late in the evening with two radiators so we wouldn't freeze. Peter also came out to try and fix the issue, unfortunately there was little he could do, but he tried. All in all they were extremely helpful and went ABCD.

She kept in contact throughout the entire process, kept us informed, and when there was a slight issue that could have been a real problem for us she found a solution almost immediately. I was once a tenant a few years back, and then subsequently rented my property through Belvoir. I always found Peter to be helpful and reasonable. I stayed with the company for several years until I sold my property. I cannot fault the service, always prompt and reliable too. In these days whem customer service is sometimes lacking, I can only recommend Belvoir Sleaford.

I cannot praise this company enough, after a house fire in our rented property Peter and his team at Belvoir Sleaford went above and beyond to find us suitable emergency accommodation treating us with consideration and compassion at an incredibly stressful time.
Peter has spent the last eight months overseeing the works in the property which although at times have been extremely frustrating, he has managed to keep a smile on his face throughout while keeping us informed every step of the way. My wife and I tried several letting agents in Sleaford before going to Belvoir Sleaford, just about all seemed uninterested in helping, let alone letting the property they advertise.
We called into Belvoir and looked after from start to finish by a really helpful chap named Reece.
Reece was very accommodating, got to know us and our needs before recommending properties. He showed us around three properties in the same afternoon, which as we travelled in from Lincoln was very much appreciated.
Not only did Reece show us around each property he has an absolute wealth of local information on each one.
He guided us through the process and made everything flowingly simple.
We are still to move into our new property, however, date is set and we're eager to go.
If you are looking for a letting agent that is actually customer focused and customer friendly where nothing seems to be too much trouble then you won't go wrong by paying Reece at Belvoir Sleaford a visit. Highly reccomend this chap!

The service was fine when becoming a tenant and during the tenancy. It was then ruined by the check out. I do not wish that experience on anyone . If you have one spec of dust beware. You will lose a significant proportion of your deposit and be made to feel dirty.

Well I would have to say you are not doing very well, particularly in the record keeping department. We had one property which we let through you and which we sold three to four years ago. One of the reasons we sold it was we felt you had taken your eye off the ball and the property had fallen into a state of disrepair.

We were paying Belvoir Sleaford to look after our property in Heckington for many years whilst seving aboard; they provided a quarterly report saying everything was was good with the property, it was only after we we returned to take back to property that we found all was not good!!
The inability of the 'Inspectors' to spot the most obvious issues astounded me, the garden was completely overgrown, there was a bad smell of damp in the property, damaged walls/doors, filthy cooker etc. I could not recommend Belvoir Sleaford to anyone wishing to rent out their property.
