2nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Terrible service. We scheduled a viewing of a property and were not informed that the property had been sold until less than an hour before the scheduled viewing. We live over an hour from the property and were already on our way. Poor organisation and communication.

Each member of the team that I dealt with was helpful and professional and kept me in the loop at all times, despite some challenging situations. Particularly want to mention Kornelija and Suzy from the sales team and Sophie and Adrian from the rental team. Recommend to anyone planning on selling or renting out their property

At every stage from viewings, to sale negotiations to completion, Richard and the team did an amazing job and were very professional. Even when the solicitors and other parties in the chain were dragging their feet with constant delays, it was always Richard chasing them all up. Highly recommended Frost.

They suggested the top value for my property and achieved a sale within a week of marketing at the asking price. Completion within 12 weeks. The entire experience was made easy with their assistance and I remain delighted with their performance.
9th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

10th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Our house sold on the first viewing within a week, and throughout the entire process they were professional, attentive, and always present when needed. They guided us through every step, patiently answering questions and Maidenhead our hand when necessary. When a difficult situation arose with the buyers, the David personally stepped in and resolved it immediately, showing exceptional dedication and care. Selling a home can be stressful, but Coopers made it seamless, reassuring, and efficient. A truly outstanding service!
