Buying your first family home can feel daunting, but Jordan was always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and keep everything moving. Thanks to his support, what could have been a stressful process was seamless and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>I was also supported by Matt, Sonia and Yasmin at various points throughout the process, and each of them was extremely helpful and knew exactly how to assist. Yasmin was particularly helpful in recommending a great architect, which gave me real peace of mind when considering potential planning applications and future work to the property.<br><br>It was genuinely great working with the team at The Frost Partnership in Gerrards Cross. They were professional, approachable and supportive from start to finish.<br><br>A big thank you to the whole team — and especially Jordan — for helping me and my family find our first home!

22nd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience – I would not recommend them to any landlord.<br><br>When you're initially handing over your property, the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, responsive and reassuring. Unfortunately, once they have your property, it becomes a completely different experience.<br><br>Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I have found the service to be extremely unprofessional. A few examples:<br><br>7 rent payments have been late over a 12-month period. On more than one occasion, I have had to call the office asking where my rent payment is, only for the money to then appear in my account shortly afterwards.<br><br>They agreed to change the rent collection/payment date without informing me. I only became aware of the change after contacting them myself when the rent hadn't arrived when expected.<br><br>They failed to send written confirmation of the new tenancy protections to the tenants, despite telling me that this had been done.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am paying a company to manage my property precisely so that I don't have to continually chase rent payments or check whether basic administrative tasks have actually been completed.<br><br>I can't comment on the reasons behind the repeated payment delays, but having 7 late payments in 12 months is simply unacceptable for a professional property management company.<br><br>Based on my experience, I genuinely could not recommend them to another landlord- 2nd Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Good experience

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Overall I had a very good experience with Gascoigne-Pees. During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. 6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

10th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
