Our home was treated with total respect and getting our sale over the line was something they paid full attention to. Richard was great in setting it all up, and Jordan, Sonya and the rest of the staff there, including Saturday lady Kate all played big parts. All managed so well by Matthew in the office, who knew how to manage my nerves! Highly recommended.

He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, right from the very beginning.<br><br>Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated.<br><br>A real credit to Romans!??????

He always answers the phone, replies to messages really quickly, and keeps me updated with all the forms and paperwork throughout the process. His communication is excellent, and he is always helpful, professional, and supportive whenever I have any questions. I really appreciate how he keeps me informed every step of the way and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. I would definitely recommend Prabhdeep to anyone looking for help finding a house. 6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.

Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

10th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
