With the eccentricities of the UK housing market, sometimes you need a bit of X factor and luck to get a house purchase or sale through. Jess brings that X factor ! Full of energy, smarts and dedication and very warm-hearted too - she was brilliant from start to house purchase.

11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Good experience overall. Buying/Selling takes a ridiculously long time. Occasional lack of communication between staff knocked one star off, but generally very good and I would use again. All stops pulled out at the end to get over the line! Excellent.

31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
