   We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!... Read more

   Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset....    We had a really pleasant experience purchasing our new home through this estate agency. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we felt well supported from start to finish.<br><br>A special mention must go to Rio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rio was friendly, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier.    I generally prefer to give companies the benefit of the doubt and avoid leaving negative reviews, but our experience as buyers with Palmer Snell has been genuinely appalling.<br>?The level of communication from the sales team is beyond poor. Emails sent to Anthony repeatedly go unanswered, and getting through on the phone is a constant struggle. On one occasion, I spoke with Magda and gave her details regarding our purchase, but no action was ever taken. To make matters worse, Anthony scheduled a second viewing for my husband, forgot about it entirely, and left the seller to conduct the viewing herself.<br>?Due to the total lack of transparency and responsiveness from Palmer Snell, we were forced to contact the vendor directly. Unsurprisingly, she is just as dissatisfied with their service as we are.<br>?I must highlight the abysmal service from Anthony, the office manager. We found him to be arrogant, rude, argumentative, and overly dismissive when discussing structural and building queries. The experience has been so stressful that I can no longer bring myself to speak to the office, leaving my husband to handle all communication. If this transaction falls through, it will be entirely down to the agent’s incompetence.<br>?While there seem to be positive reviews for their lettings department, the sales team is a completely different story. Their lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer care is deeply frustrating. Whether you are buying or looking to instruct an agent to sell your home, I strongly advise avoiding Palmer Snell. In the future, any property listed with them will be an immediate red flag for us.... Read more
