12th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We bought a property through Fry and Kent, Drayton. I would like to say what a pleasant experience it was. We were shown round the property by Amanda who was very helpful and was always at the end of the phone to help us with any questions, as we placed an offer which was accepted. We were very impressed with Amanda's professionalism, she always returned our call and happily communicated with both ourselves and the vendor. As did any other member of the team.<br>Considering we did not sell our property through them we found them much more helpful and professional than our own agents, always keeping us informed right up to the point of exchange when our own agent did not even contact us to let us know this was happening! I really ended up depending on Amanda to keep us up to date.<br>Needless to say I would thoroughly recommend Fry and Kent and would like to say a huge thank you!

Nancy and Luke have been incredibly helpful, and Nancy in particular was able to utilize her network to find a buyer for my property incredibly quickly. The team go above and beyond to support, providing expert advice, professionalism and market knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for both buying and selling property.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.
13th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)These guys helped us out when we got stuck unexpectedly between moving house. The flat we rented was awesome and the service from Kim and co was brilliant. If you're looking for a short term let these are the people to speak to.
2nd Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I was on the market for a long time with another agent with limited results. The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! Thank you!

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

18th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Frederick and Co manages just one property for me. I have been trying to get clarity on my bills and help the tenant with an issue brought to me by the agents as urgent, which I did reply straight away and I haven’t heard from them since. I have called all branches in Kent and no one answered the phone. I called my contact’s mobile and no answer and there are no replies to any of my emails. But I do receive a bill monthly and the first two (maybe three) months of rent won’t hit my account as they say it’s to pay for bills but they cannot supply me with a detailed breakdown of their expenditure. Thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. Must do better! I’m a paying client.
