We have just sold my aunt’s bungalow, I live far from the property and Stags Dartmouth managed the sale for us. We found them to be reliable in keeping us informed of every viewing and we received feedback following viewing. The bungalow was not in great condition but a buyer was found within two months and we have just completed the sale. Thankyou to Naomi and Luke for their advice and professionalism.

It is common knowledge that buying a house can be fairly stressful but this wasn't our experience at all due to the professionalism of all those at Stags! Thankyou!

STAGNANT
Paid for full management and they:
- allowed tenant to redecorate entire property, rewire most light fittings, damage bathroom cabinet and change kitchen sink without permission. I was not informed and discovered when accessing property day before new tenants moved in.
- lied about condition of property on inspections
- took over 2.5 months to get oven fixed which I ended up sorting myself, despite full management. Tardy responding to emails.
Got Property Redress Scheme involved.

We have just had an excellent experience buying a house through Stags Dartmouth. The whole team were very friendly and professional. They helped us through every step quickly and easily. Any communication with them was done very efficiently. Luke and Naomi were great. Not often you can say any of that about businesses these days! Highly recommended.

I found Naomi professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the properties I was shown by her. I believe she is quite new in her role as an estate agent and I wish her well with her career. Naomi is breath of fresh air compared to some of the shiny suit slicked back haired with little knowledge brigade! Good luck Naomi you'll be manager before you know it!

AVOID. I have just had the worst experience with Stags and their field agents. The arrogant and aggressive nature of the person we were dealing with made us leave the viewing immediately. The agent spoke to us disrespectfully and with an attitude that bordered on villainous. If you choose to deal with them on a sale or purchase be ready for frustration beyond even the most vivid immagination.

Having been looking for a property in Dartmouth for the last 3 years we’ve come across the full spectrum of estate agent behaviours. Karen at Stags has been a pleasure to deal with, managing the process and seller liaison in a most professional manner. Purchasing from 200 miles away in Berkshire was always going to have its challenges, but these have been generally smoothed away by great service and timely communications. Excited about getting the keys in the New Year.

Fantastic and dedicated service from Karen and her colleagues during a long and difficult process. They stuck with it all the way and, through sheer hard work and refusal to give up, got our sale completed at a premium price.
