Far from being a traumatic and worrying time it has gone smoothly and stress free . They have handled every stage professionaly and always been on hand to answer any queries. Nice to know some people actually answer the phone !!! The staff are all friendly and willing to help whatever the problem . Special thanks to Ben and his amazing team and to Ashley in Hastings. 1st May 2026 (21 weeks ago)Called to enquire about renting spoke to a lady called Jo who identified as the sales and letting manager very unprofessional and abrupt boarderline ….. further attempt of communication was met with no response would never answer or return my calls this lead me to take business else where . To sum them up very unprofessional,rude,incompetent and would recommend not using this company AVOID and carry on with you day

Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.
14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I wanted to personally thank Toby Caufield for his assistance in resolving a dispute with the seller of a property I recently purchased in Deal. The dispute was nothing to do with Colebrook Sturrock and thus he would have been well within his rights to ignore the issue at hand but he didn't and went the extra mile to assist. I will certainly purchase from them again in the future and highly recommend to others.

25th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout.
