They helped us find a one-bedroom flat exactly according to our requirements, and the whole process was completed in less than a week. Wayne and Vanessa were absolutely amazing throughout the journey. Since I was busy with work, they communicated smoothly and professionally through emails and messages, keeping everything clear and stress-free. As this was our first time renting a flat, we had many questions and moments of confusion, but they patiently guided us through every step and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their support, responsiveness, and professionalism truly made the experience comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency. Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. Very different from the usual Estate Agent experience- I think they had better take a note or she’ll sweep the board! Thank you so much Suzanne.
