The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

4th May 2026 (18 days ago)Waqas assisted us with the sale of our property and throughout the whole process his professionalism, experience, commitment and reassurance was outstanding. He was always well presented and welcoming. We would highly recommend Waqas at Maybury Estate Agents. Waqas is an active listener, which is a very important skill needed for us sellers/buyers and whether communicating on the phone or in person, he was always personable, amicable, enthusiastic and ready to assist. No question or task was too big or too small for him to answer/action to make this stressful process a little easier. Waqas made light work of selling our property, it sold quickly, smoothly, efficiently and we got the price we wanted. Waqas kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We found ourselves in a difficult situation at the end of the move, where we had completed and ran out of time to move everything out of the property, Waqas was there, out of hours, physically assisting us, move items out of the house, whilst also keeping the buyers happy. If there was ever a person that should be in a job like this, we found him! We sincerely thank you Waqas from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work, commitment, patience and management, through some very trying situations, preventing a volatile and stressful situation from becoming escalated. You kept smiling and remained positive, steadfast and committed. We can’t thank you enough.

20th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
