Don't bother with KFH. They really don't act in the best interest of the vendor. There are far better estate agents in the borough.
Blake Hamilton from Canary Wharf was a pleasure to deal with, he is very honest, not pushy, friendly and polite. Blake really went out of his way to help us search for a property and kept us in mind when new listings came up. We have had poor experiences with dodgy real estate agents who were not upfront or entirely honest, so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Blake, we cannot recommend Blake highly enough. Thank you for excellent customer service and going beyond our expectations
I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service.
On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.
I viewed a property been let by Foxtons Blackheath , I went with one of their staff called YESIDE BEYIOKU , she is very well trained , polite and very professional and knows what she's doing and credit goes to her parents and employers and will recommend Foxtons Blackheath all the time.
The worst experience. Over priced my property with absolutely no intention to push. Never giving feedback nor answering calls. I had viewings cancel where by I stayed in with my 2 children so the viewing could go ahead to never be told it was cancelled.
Over rated, pig ignorant and more interested in themselves than actually helping out.
The fees are ridiculous and the level of service is appalling. I wouldn’t waste your money going to foxtons I would do your research and find an estate agent who isn’t money grabbing or time wasters go with an agent who I honest and who is eager to sell your property.
Most estate agents fees differ but never to the extent of Foxtons.
Where can I start, to even to begin to describe this fantastic branch Manager. I have dealt with other agents before and the branch managers are always too busy for you unless you’re a big shot property developer. However this was not the case I found with Ronke and she is by far the most honest estate agent I have ever met, hardworking, determined and to top it off she simplified the whole procedure for us all, when we were selling our house.
Achieved the asking price for selling our home in less than 2 weeks when all the other agencies were quoting far lower... Some. Up to £60K below.
These guys talk a good game and they delivered. Slight hiccup with communication meant that we were not informed when the completion date was until we asked. Still, we were impressed by how quickly the legal process passed through. Thank you Catford Team.
We would highly recommend Lucy and the team at John Payne. They were friendly, efficient and went out of their way to help us through our first house buying process. We were particularly impressed at how they liaised with everyone in the chain to ensure everything progressed smoothly and they kept us updated at each step of the way. We were new to the area and they have kindly provided us with plenty of recommendations for good local decorators & electricians etc. We've been delighted with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Avoid renting from John Payne at all costs.
We had arranged for the house to be in a certain condition and they lied to us before moving in saying that it would be. We then found the property to be not as agreed and since we saw the property even more maintenance was needed.
This has caused us lots of emotional distress and their poor customer service continued as we went through the complaints process. We took them to the TPO and got a distress and inconvenience award and we have attached the findings below just to show how poor they are.
It seems from the reviews that we aren't the only people they have done this to. The property we were getting was £2100.00pm. For this you would expect a high level of customer service, yet we got the worst we've ever had. Please don't make the same mistake as us and go through these people to rent!

Disgustingly dishonest and unprofessional.
Gave a room away I had placed an offer on to someone else and offered no explanation. Could not communicate clearly. Didn't seem to be aware of their own proceedings.
Did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. Was hung up on by multiple staff members. No 'promise' to call back was followed through.
Approach at your own risk of losing time and dealing with unprofessionals.
