16th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.
22nd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.
28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)We chose a smaller agency because we believed the likely infighting and lack of personal interest, and the singular transaction focus found in larger agencies, were not how we wanted to go through the sales process. Robinson Jackson met the criteria, performed to expectation, and managed the resultant sale of the property. We believe we made the right choice.

They also pushed me to view a place I’d have scrolled straight past, which ended up being one I seriously considered. 26th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)This letting agency manages the property next door to where I live. In that property, there lives a mother, father and three young children under the age of ten. THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.
