The rental department is absolutely unprofessional and utter rubbish. The agent and I have arranged a day to view different flats in the morning. I have someone to look after my child because the agent told me he can't drive around to show me flats with a child in it as his insurance is not covered.
So the agent didn't turn up at the end without notifying me in advance and his colleague told me the viewings booked are not on the diary so they can't take me to view the properties because they have are 'short of staff' and 'busy'. I ended up wasted my time and money travelling and childcare because of this very rubbish and useless agent.
Very unorganised, unprofessional and irresponsible. Cannot imagine what kind of service I would receive if I rent through them.
I would recommend people avoiding it unless you want to wast your energy and time. Rent through some other agencies I'm sure you'll get much better service.
Jack was really helpful and professional all through the process of looking for our first home, finding us suitable properties to view and then once we had started the buying process was great at making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Very unreliable, we were told our offer was accepted, card details taken, a week later found out that nothing was arranged and that our offer was still on the table with another offer!! Very stressful dealing with them, even the manager of the branch (Brockley) wasn't very trustworthy, difficult to get hold of, ignoring our emails, saying he would arrange things and he wouldn't. We couldn't believe an agent could be so unreliable! If they were not a big agency we would have thought we got involved into some dodgy business. Everything ok at the end but when we were finally given the landlord's details and got to speak with him we found out the agent hadn't even spoken to him about things he said he would arrange. So disappointing! Good we get to deal directly with the landlord from now on!
Recently had a viewing with an excellent Negotiator called Sarah who is indeed an asset to the team. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable understanding my remit. Sarah was fantastic and the Lee Office should be proud.
I rang with the simple question of "Do you do probate valuations?" I could not get a straightforward answer. The employee, who had refrained from giving her name, wanted to know my property details, whether I intended selling through them, which road the property was in? On asking again "Do you do probate valuations?" I was still unable to get a straight forward reply. Wouldn't use them for anything after this. As if dealing with Probate isn't upsetting enough.
Chris (the branch manager) was very professional from the start. We hadn’t moved for 32 years and so needed his expertise and experience. But it was the whole team who supported us from day 1. We got to know the sales team really well and they always worked around us and our schedules.
John Payne was not the cheapest estate agent in the area, but were by far the best value. When we received our offer they supported us for the best deal and worked with the agents for the purchase of our new home.
Chris and his team, especially Claire, were constantly on the phone chasing both ends of sale/purchase.

I must say that my experience with KFH Catford has been one of the best of my renting life to date; Clement would have to be the proverbial 'man of the match' as he kept in contact with me after searching elsewhere hooked me back in and made sure I had seen what is now our home which is perfect for us. The rest of the team were great too and showed nothing but professionalism and friendly demeanor through out the entire process and were more than patient when we hit a couple of bumps on the road. If you hadn't realized this by now concerning KFH, I'm a fan. Thanks guy's!
