5th Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. Whether you are home owner or would-be tenant I highly recommend you stay away from Olav. Highly unprofessional and rarely contactable even in emergencies. I was a tenant and by the end of my tenancy even my landlord decided to drop this agency and handle things himself.

I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

29th Oct 2015 (11 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

A family property had been rented out through them for many years and they had always been really helpful if we ever needed to organise any repairs to the property (given we didn’t live nearby) . We thought them trustworthy, very reasonable cost wise and very easy to deal with.
We recently used them as sales agents for the property and found them to be efficient and again very reasonable, helping to complete a sale within 5 weeks of receiving the offer.

29th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered.
I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

These 2 have bought & sold & managed properties for me over the years & the level of service has been outstanding ??????.
