Worst Estate agent experience ever... Absolute rip off, slow to respond, unprofessional and nightmare to get the service you pay for as a tenant. Been 4 weeks and still not got deposit back, extortionate charges for cleaning... £400 for cleaning of a small flat after checkout when the place was cleaner than when we moved in. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!... Read more

Shocking estate agents! Slow, poor service, never respond to emails, always have excuses. Been almost 7 weeks and still have not gotten our £4k + deposit back! I would never use them or recommend them to anyone Any funnily enough the house we were letting is still unoccupied which means they have still been unable to rent the property out Shows the poor for the landlord and the tenant... so bad...
