Cheryl was fantastic for both the moving in and moving out processes, and Hida was responsive and very helpful when it came to any issues or questions we had throughout the tenancy. When issues arose they were always quick to book contractors to fix the problems quickly. I would definitely work with Pricket & Ellis again in the future!

2nd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)We let a property for 2 years via Reve. Nothing but positive things to say about it Sheng who was our main contact. Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

30th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.

20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I live in the Dukes close/kings road area where this particular agent looks after several properties. There is one property in particular that really lets the area down and I am astounded it has been allowed to get this bad! The property is so overgrown and blocking the footpath I am finding I am having to push my pushchair out in the road to just pass! Having spoke to a couple of homeowners in the area I believe this has been an ongoing issue for the homeowners for some years and the complaints are never dealt with by Richard Mitham associates I would definitely not recommend this agent.

4th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Rebecca and the team deliver on every element of selling your house , they carried out every viewing as promised , great photography and detail on the process while preparing your house to take to market and always transparent with their intentions and honest with any updates unlike others we had spoken to ,and experienced in the past , we stayed with Woods for a relatively long period whilst selling our house during different and difficult market conditions simply because they deliver all of the above and more . Personally I would recommend Rebecca and the team at Woods to anyone who’s looking for a genuine agent who works hard to achieve your end goal.
