15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend

Had we not got probate problems we would still be using them?
We will go back to them when our problems are sorted out.

1st May 2019 (7 years ago)After meeting with three agents, De Scottia were the chosen agent for a number of reasons. First being they were not pushing for a hard sale. Secondly, the agent quickly took note of the living situation with my elderly mother and took on board my comments of how fragile she is and to liaise with myself. He was brilliant from the start. Very easy to get hold of, prompt and efficient. He explained everything to us and was more than happy to explain anything we didn't understand without making us feel silly. Our agent was happy to get his hands dirty and move boxes (and a large bed!) to get the photos he needed. When we went on holiday and he needed access he ensured he understood the alarm system and sent me texts whilst away to keep me update and assure me the alarm was put back on. Fantastic service and really pleased we went with them. Our agent gave us honest feedback and we had an offer within 2 weeks. So far the sale is going through smoothly and I would highly recommend.
2nd Aug 2019 (7 years ago)I’ve dealt with a fair few agents in my time in the process of developing properties. Called this branch to get more info on a property for sale and was met with the most unhelpful, uninterested person on the end of the phone full of snarky comments. I’d be livid if a firm treated one of my perspective buyers like that, so I guess it’s no surprise the property ended up reduced. Word of caution to anyone looking to sell, much more enthusiastic/accessible agents around. Also find it quite suspicious how the positive reviews are from accounts set up specifically to review this firm...fraud much?

He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated his support and would highly recommend both Ibrahim and the estate agency to anyone looking for excellent service.
30th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.

29th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant.
Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!
