23rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.

24th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

There were a few complications with my application, and Helen went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free — especially as we were moving from abroad. 6th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
