I needed help selling a flat and they handled everything with calm expertise, clear communication and proper attention to detail from start to finish. Their local knowledge was spot on, the viewings were well managed, and I always felt kept in the loop without any faff. What really stood out was how personable and dependable they were — the sort of estate agent that makes a stressful process feel well under control. I’d happily use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
5th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

28th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Thankyou Team Nandez you were truly amazing. After arriving at Chalet Etoile everyone was keen to ski. Unfortunately after 2 days skiing we were put into a 7 day quarantine by the Swiss Government.We could not have done this without the whole team. From the lovely message in the snow outside our chalet , messages on the lids of our delivered food, all the shopping, answering our requests in whats’s app within minutes,delivering us a much needed goody bag with champagne on Christmas Day and then the icing on the cake...... finding our teenage boys a PS4 . That was definitely a lifeline for our 16 year old and 19 year old who were truly losing the will to continue in isolation. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. After our quarantine was finished we had the most amazing time skiing with so much snow, it was definitely worth the wait. We were all very sad when we left as we as we felt like part of the fixtures and fittings. We have stayed at this chalet twice and it never disappoints, Thanks again to all the team The Douglas Family xxx

21st Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed. After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at. I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.

All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
23rd Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)A poor example of an estate agent. Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.

Like single mother, it s hard to find an agency who trust that you can be in time with all the payments ( even if you can afford it, they think you cannot)Harmens estate agents gave me an agreement like single mother, and more than that,they ve been there for me each time I needed. Always available, always solving quickly any problem appeared. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful each time I ve needed. A big thank you to all the team, a big thank you to Amna.I hope that one day,I will be again in a property managed by you guys. Claudia
