21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Cubitt & West were determined to sell our flat.<br><br>Special thanks to Scott Buchanan who gives the same service whether he’s selling a flat or a mansion and doesn’t do first or second class selling - just first class.<br><br>Selling property in this day and age takes compromise plus patience from vendors.<br><br>We reduced our property price to reflect market conditions and worked with Cubitt & West to get an acceptable result in the end.

They were always responsive when we had questions and gave us the time and flexibility we needed, including arranging multiple visits to the property while we completed surveys, inspections and various checks. We never felt rushed, which made what can be quite a stressful process much easier to manage!<br><br>A special thank you to Philip, who was excellent from start to finish! He was patient, professional and genuinely helpful, guiding us through the process and doing his best to accommodate our requests, including access to the property on several occasions. As we worked through the different checks and decisions involved in the purchase, Philip remained understanding and supportive throughout. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him and the White & Sons Dorking team!
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
