22nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We sold our property in Middles Farm Estate at a time when mortgages were rising. David Bailes were brilliant throughout the sale. Special mention to Coral who helped to keep the sale moving when one or two snags were occurring. Her interventions were always at the right time to keep the sale from stalling. She acted as a bridge between ourselves and the buyer. We would certainly use David Bailes for any future sales in the Stanley area
5th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)After receiving such fantastic service from Sophie for our South Shields flat I’ve now moved over a North Shields flat from a competitor to her. The difference in service between the two was vast. Sophie was thorough, efficient and effective and is a swift worker, making a big difference to landlords. We will continue to move the rest of our portfolio over to her too.
25th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Kay was really helpful and provided us with plenty of information when our home was valued and images taken. They were really quick to put our house up once the pictures were taken. They are available every day of the week to speak too. They communicate well throughout.

15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots . Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve . Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good. House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.

From start to finish Karen and Andrew showed professionalism, expert local knowledge, flexibility, and were worth every penny. I’ve dealt with other local estate agents and they blow them out the water. I was able to trust Karen with being able to work on my best interest, and her advice from listing at the right price to get a quick sale, to her patience and ability to chase and help push to completion at the end was incredibly valuable. Would highly recommend over any other agent in the area.
