15th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This company has been managing 2 of my properties for 3 years. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Stone Assured Sales & Lettings. They have been completely unprofessional in managing my property and have shown a total lack of respect for my rights as a landlord. What’s even worse, they took money from my account without my consent. I had no prior notification of any charges, and when I reached out to ask for clarification, I was given vague and unsatisfactory answers. This feels like a clear breach of trust and an unethical practice that cannot be overlooked. I would strongly advise anyone looking for property management services to avoid Stone Assured Sales & Lettings at all costs. They have not only failed in their duties but have also shown a disregard for proper business ethics. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable, transparent agency that actually respects your time and money.

Whenever we reported a maintenance issue, they responded quickly and followed up to ask about our experience. Special thanks to the staff member Paul Griffin—his service was truly appreciated.”

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. F&C proved to be an excellent choice of estate agent. Thank you.
1st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.

21st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. So don’t recommend at all…

12th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Do not use this company. You can pay an insurance , non-refundable amount when first move in or place a full bond down. However, when you move out they will charge ridiculous amounts for trivial stuff and general wear and tear to the property. They provide cleaning supplies that don’t work, are meant to have a cleaning team that come weekly but if do can never tell a difference. If report jobs you’re waiting forever or close them down before they have been completed. My experience and advice is to not use this company.

28th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing. Throughout my tenancy, communication was often unprofessional and intimidating rather than helpful. Instead of treating tenants with respect, I frequently felt pressured and dismissed whenever I raised concerns. I was served notice to leave the property with the explanation that the landlord wanted to take it back. However, shortly afterwards, I found the same property being advertised for rent again at the same price. This left me feeling that I had not been given the real reason for ending my tenancy. The return of my deposit was also handled very poorly. It took more than 60 days to receive my deposit back, with the agency repeatedly stating that the landlord was holding it. As the managing agency, I expected them to resolve this much more efficiently. They also proposed deductions for cleaning, despite the fact that I had professionally cleaned the property, spent additional money repainting parts of the house, and left it in excellent condition. When I asked for photographs or any evidence to justify the deductions, none was provided. As an international tenant whose first language is not English, I often felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was at a disadvantage during discussions. Overall, I found this to be one of the least professional letting agencies I have dealt with. I believe good letting agencies should communicate honestly, treat tenants fairly, and support both landlords and tenants in a transparent and professional manner. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
