Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. 27th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Following a breavement Rob and his team were fantastic at taking us through the whole process of managing the empty house during the probate process as well as the house clearance and sale. As none of our family live in or near Sheffield his experience and knowledge were invaluable. We also really appreciated the friendly and professional way everything was handled - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I would recommend using Sorbys to anyone wanting to rent out their property. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.
