I truely appreciate the work that Dawn and everyone else at Belvoir did for me and they deserve a 5 star review!- 13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I honestly can’t recommend Hannah Williams (Senior Lettings Negotiator) at William H Brown enough. From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made the whole process feel so much less stressful because she was always easy to talk to, kept me constantly updated, and replied to my emails so quickly. She truly went above and beyond for us and did absolutely everything she possibly could to help. Unfortunately, due to our own circumstances, we ended up renting through another estate agent, but that had nothing to do with her at all. If anything, I would have chosen that property purely because of how much I enjoyed dealing with her! She is an absolute credit to William H Brown and I really hope she does amazingly well in her career there because she completely deserves it for all of her hard work, professionalism, and fantastic personality.

He was very reassuring when our selling process became a bit protracted and maintained great communications between us and the buyers. This really helped us to feel confident and worry less! They were also the estate agents who I bought my new house from and they helped my solicitors get me in within 6 weeks (just in time for my baby girls arrival!) 27th May 2026 (18 days ago)Quite possibly the worst letting agent in the world. Avoid using at all costs. Agents lie, they do not return calls and with regards to maintenance, should it really take 4.5 months? A 1 star rating is actually more than is deserved but I can't rate any lower.

13th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)Property was on market for 6 months and they did no of the viewings, I had to do them all. They got hardly any feedback on nearly 20 viewings and were quite rude when discussing my property with me. I wouldn’t use them again.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. Would recommend the purchase process with redbrik

29th May 2026 (16 days ago)???????????????????????? I came for a viewing and was shown a flat then went straight to their office and they say the flat is taken and I can have instead some 2x2 room with a microwave in it ?????? Agent in office says there was internal communication of landlord with some other tenant that took the flat and they had no way of knowing before hand but on rightmove they deleted listing and replaced it with the closet one before my arrival which i found suspicious. Bait and switch.
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

1st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

26th May 2026 (19 days ago)recently started looking for a rental property and Elysia was by far the best agent I had contact with. If a property I was interested in had been taken, she called me to let me know straight away, and let me know of any suitable properties available and she put me at ease during the whole process. I had applied for a more than one property over several estate agents, and Blundells application is heads and shoulders above the rest. Within 30 mins of completing my application, it let me know I was accepted - other agents had sent out photocopies of forms to fill in, which, even with working in IT, I found very difficult to do and almost gave up on them.
