Having lived in private renting for the best part of two decades, I've dealt with a lot of letting agents. Never have I dealt with such a lackadaisical, unresponsive and unprofessional agents. They don't answer their phones, respond to messages or their emails.. Having been led to believe I was the first into a property, and trying to arrange a date to sign for it I find out online that they have already agreed a let, having that I've chased them for the best part of week it would've been courteous to let me know.
